so, i've actually planned it on january, so that everyone willbe back in Singapore by then, :D Hence, i need some of you all thinkings.

For those who had studied hard just now and escaped to check on the class blog, here is some quick tips to help your cramped up brain relax and your tensed up body to relax (HEY good way to remove those muscles scrunched up that would easily form your wrinkles in time to come..)

1. Look at something green. After long hours of starring at your computer screen, looking at green plants have been scientifically proven to be relaxing for the eyes.

2. If you experience those days wherein you just feel utterly tired and unfocused, well, take a quick walk. I usually walk to the nearest star mart and buy myself a refreshing pineapple juice.

3. Listen to your favorite music. I do this at work. Every morning after checking my email, I usually go to this online streaming site called radioblogclub. In addition to actually drinking water, you can eat more water-based foods, like fresh fruits and vegetables for hydration.

Stress-Buster #1:

Stand up. Put your fists on your lower back at the beltline, with your elbows pointing back.
Keep your legs fairly straight and arch your shoulders back.
Press your fists lightly into your lower back and your head will go back.

Gonna outline my plan here, the befores and afters.

at the start, i would ask you all to write down your targets for the kindness week , and collect them!

At the end (Friday of that week) would like, debrief, and sorta ask you all to share whether you have completed your targets!!

Do reflect on your acts of kindness after that. Did you learn anything? Do you feel more happy when you help others?

Spread Kindness. because it would all come back to you someday!

anyway, here to ask ALSO, you all find the idea of a class letterbox or what feasible? ;) we can all write nice comments or what, or remind each other in the letterbox. i think its sweet to get letters reminding you what to do. however, its not asking you all to write every day, just write when inspiration flows? hahaa. also, theres also a sorta, letterbox for the welfare committee. for you all to suggest stuff, and all.

Also AGAIN!!! this reminded me of something. maybe we should start a buddy system, cos those who are absent or away sometimes do not get their worksheets as they do not have a buddy assigned to them? or no one helps them to keep their worksheet. maybe it could be worked out, cos, its not really fair if they do not get notes or worksheets just because they are absent right? :)

maybe when i remember i would jot down the Emaths BK remedial sessions and post them up here? Anyone wants to post also can, i think some of us might forget now and then, and miss out a day of remedial! :(
